PMP® Challenge Question - 5/1

The 4/15 Challenge Question was:

Senior management and the project sponsor tell you the project needs to be brought in two days earlier than expected to meet an important deadline for a significant financial payment to your company. What steps should you take immediately?

Answer: Bring the project team together for a special meeting to look at possibilities of applying crashing or fast-tracking to the schedule to bring it in by the required amount.

One way or the other, you need to let the project sponsor and senior management know.

So here's the 5/1 Challenge Question:

Your team needs to solicit expert opinion to help identify the feasibility of the project and make sure the schedule is sound. Your organization has a lot of top notch people, but some of them tend to dominate discussions. What technique would you use to collect the necessary information without allowing one expert to dominate the discussion?
