PMP® Challenge Question - 2/15

Don't forget, to enter the PMP® Challenge giveaway, you need to answer two of three (2/1, 2/15, and 3/1) challenge questions correctly. Email your answers to sdcapmp@aol.com no later than midnight, March 5th. In the event of a tie, there will be a random drawing. The prizes: Grand Prize: a complete set of PMP® study materials - book, CD, and Mind Map card from Crosswind Project Management. Runner Up Prize: Prepare for the PMP® Exam card from Value Based Project Management.

The correct answers to the three challenges will appear after 3/1, most likely with the 3/15 Challenge. This week's challenge actually consists of multiple questions on the topic of communications:

What are the two roles in the Communications Model?

What document describes the communications needs of the project?

If the Project Manager has a seven-member team, how many communications paths or channels exist?

If two members depart the team, how many communications channels are there?

What are the four main types of communications that can be used on a project (hint: one is informal verbal)?

Good luck with the challenge!
