Welcome to the next PMP® Challenge Question Challenge!
As before, you will need to answer two of the next three (2/1, 2/15, and 3/1) challenge questions correctly. Email your answers to sdcapmp@aol.com no later than midnight, March 5th. In the event of a tie, there will be a random drawing.

Our first challenge will be a little more subjective in nature. I'm looking for two advantages and two disadvantages for using the contract types of fixed price, cost reimbursable, and time and materials, presented in tabular form.
